We are a rapidly growing automotive company specializing in selling pre-owned cars in great condition and at exciting prices.

With two locations in Chicago and over 250 cars in inventory, we’re opening a third location and expanding our operations.

We are looking for a dedicated Business Assistant to join our team and work directly with our executive leadership and division leads to help us scale and grow.

What you will be doing:

Your main role will be to support the executive team. You’ll work across all departments, align goals, streamline processes, and ensure effective communication. Your work will have a direct impact on the company’s efficiency and success.

That includes:

Assisting in the development and implementation of company workflows and policies.
Tracking and managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Acting as a central point of coordination between divisions to enhance collaboration.
Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries to support executive decision-making.
Managing schedules, priorities, and tasks for the leadership team.
Representing the company in communications and meetings when needed.

Working Hours (Chicago Time Zone):

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. As a business assistant you should be ready to receive calls outside of regular working hours.
